Dear All,
Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association – BHRMDA and KARIERI – the most influential business and HR media in Bulgaria, are organizing the traditional HR Forum. This year the topic is “Non-Cash Motivation – Mission Possible”.
Our Forum is one of the most important and most popular events in the field of human resources management in Bulgaria. Usually the conference is attended by more than 300 people – HR specialists and managers. The Forum gives them not only the chance to be aware of the global HR trends but also to communicate with each other and in this way to lay the foundations of future partnership relations.
The aim of the Forum this year is to present nontraditional innovative techniques and methods of motivation that can be used by HR specialists and managers in their efforts to make personnel’s motivation and engagement stronger.
Keynote speakers will be Kim Moller – Managing director of Oxford Leadership, Denmark, and Even Bolstad – Managing director of the Norwegian HR Association. A discussion panel with the participation of middle managers is also included in the program. The discussion will be moderated by Svend Lassen – Project leader in Boston Consulting Group.
